Construction nails: metal wares made of normal quality low-carbon steel wire (OK) by means of cold punching.
After manufacturing our nails undergo mechanical cleaning (in special drums), where process lubricants and cuttings are removed. Process waste is also separated from nails at this stage, so only finished (cleaned) product is sent to packaging.
Our nails are packed on a packaging line into 5 kilo carton boxes with check weighing which allows us to guarantee precise net weight. Final products are put into boxes by using a magnetic orientation device, most compactly and comfortably for our customer.
